Thinking proactively will increase your ability to be in control and to make effective choices.

You should be able to create a calorie deficit through eating fewer calorie foods and engaging more in physical activities. The bottom line is to eat less and exercise more. But you must eat the right kind of food and engage in the right kind of exercise to get your body back into shape.
