Being determined and focused on success will help create a flourishing company that has no clue as how to fail. With a “successful” mindset, your decisions will not be made to prevent failure, but instead to produce success. This is a far more valuable tool for any business because it lacks fear. Fear of failure is not a positive motivation; it is a negative stimulant and keeps your mind focused on thinking about failure. If you are racing on the track, a good driver does not think about the different ways he can lose, that would be counterproductive.

Try to plan your perfect meals. For instance, a healthy breakfast could take many forms: fruit, cereal, healthy sandwiches, etc. I personally like to start the day with a glass of freshly squeezed juice or piece of fruit, some oats and sometimes toast.

Start off by realizing that this isn’t a strict diet. Rather, we’re trying to decide what kind of foods to eat on a daily basis. If you’re consuming McDonalds and cake thrice daily, you probably don’t enjoy it that much but you’re in a cycle. You need to decide how you’d rather eat.

Do you know that you can even add veggies to some of your favorite food items like pizza? Who doesn’t love pizza? You can make a healthier version by putting peppers, olives, onions and mushrooms.

You must have a cup of your favorite coffee to start your day but be careful. Coffee by itself is not harmful to your weight loss. And as summer approaches, pay attention to your coffee drinks. As you get more creative with them and start adding all those other ingredients the calories start added up. Try using skim milk or low fat milk for most of your milk needs.
